Tigh Na Bruaich is a holiday chalet sitting only two hundred yards from the beautiful Carrick Bay. The bay is a place of unspoilt natural beauty, boasting a picturesque sandy beach, suitable for swimming.
The chalet faces the sea, with open farmland and the Galloway hills to the rear. The chalet is comfortably furnished, carpeted in all living areas and the kitchen area is fully equipped with oven hob and microwave. A washing machine, fridge and freezer are provided. There are three double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, and a further bedroom with bunk beds. There is a bathroom with toilet, shower, basin and electric immersion heater. A TV and DVD are also provided.
The chalet has a wood burning stove, for which an initial bag of logs and kindling are provided. A £1 coin meter is the means of payment for electricity. There are outside drying facilities in the large garden and ample off road parking space. A barbeque and picnic bench are available for client's use.
Guests can bring their own bed linen and towels but if specially requested at the time of booking these can be supplied for an additional charge.
Tigh Na Bruaich is available to rent throughout the year. Holiday lets are by the week, arriving Saturday after 3:30pm and departure on Saturday by 10:30am. Subject to availability, short breaks can be arranged for a minimum of 3 nights from October to the end of March.
